Established in 1990, Hainan Shiner Industrial Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the production and R&D of plastic packing materials and color printing of packing.
We have five world-standard production lines for plastic packaging films, two production lines of eight-color flexo-packing and over ten patents for packaging film products and production technology. With first-level man power, the annual output of PVDC coated films, acrylic coated films, PVOH coated films, silicone coated films, POF shrink films and BOPP cigarette films has exceeded 30,000MT, and the annual output of soft packing bags and packing labels has reached 2 billion pieces.
Specifically, the main products include POF shrink films, BOPP heat sealable films, color printing & lamination products, and PVDC, acrylic, PVOH & silicone coated films. PVDC coated film, acrylic coated film and PVOH coated films are high-resistance materials with good barrier properties against oxygen, water vapor, fragrance and other odors. They are coated with a few microns of PVDC, acrylic or PVOH on BOPP, PET, CPP, PE or nylon film in the production process. This process maintains the film's original physical characteristics, even after being coated with PVDC, acrylic or PVOH. It is available in many types:
